Andres joined the Matrix Group team as a Leasing Associate, where he assists in the leasing efforts across Matrix Group’s diverse portfolio of properties. Serving as a key point of contact for prospective tenants, Andres assists with property tours, tenant communications, and leasing transactions, helping ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through lease execution.

Before starting with Matrix Group, Andres attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where he was actively involved in several organizations and collaborated with friends to launch a successful tech startup. Through these experiences, he developed strong interpersonal, organizational, and entrepreneurial skills that he brings to his role today. A Colorado native, Andres grew up in Virginia Dale, where he spent much of his childhood on a ranch.

In his free time, Andres enjoys exploring the mountains, traveling, trying new restaurants and prioritizing spending time with friends and family.
