(MGI) is proud to announce the addition of two new employees to their team.   Lauren Quiram joins MGI as Leasing Agent, managing all leasing transactions within Matrix Group’s diverse portfolio of industrial, retail, and office properties.  Melissa Parks serves MGI as Executive Marketing Assistant, managing all marketing endeavors for the company, as well as aiding the President in office administration and process improvement throughout all departments.

What’s better than a sunny fall day and delicious barbeque to say thank you to our tenants? Oxford/Federal Business Park is a property we purchased almost a year ago, and we have since been busy making several exterior improvements at the property. As a “Thank You” to our tenants, Matrix Group Inc. brought in Roaming Buffalo BBQ to cater a lovely picnic lunch on-site at Oxford/Federal on Wednesday, November 14th. Thank you to the Matrix team who came out to support, and thank you to our amazing tenants who came to eat with us!
