Lauren has been with Matrix Group since 2018 and currently serves as Director of Leasing, where she oversees leasing strategy and transactions across the firm’s portfolio of industrial, retail, and office properties. In this role, she leads negotiations, structures lease transactions, and works closely with tenants and brokers to execute deals that align with ownership’s long-term asset strategy. Her collaborative and communicative approach helps foster strong relationships and successful outcomes for both tenants and ownership.

Prior to joining Matrix Group, she was part of Transwestern’s Denver Capital Markets team, where she assisted with investment sales transactions, business development, market research, and marketing initiatives.

A Boulder, Colorado native, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, antiquing, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and cat.
