Maggie Keasling serves as the Senior Property Manager at Matrix Group, where she oversees the day-to-day operations and performance of the company’s commercial property portfolio. In this role, Maggie is responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating property operations and maintenance, overseeing budgets and operating expenses, and ensuring that each property operates efficiently and in alignment with ownership goals. She works closely with leasing, accounting, and maintenance teams to support property performance, address tenant needs, and implement operational improvements across the portfolio.

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Maggie has a deep familiarity with the local market and has witnessed the growth and evolution of the region’s commercial real estate landscape over the years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Colorado State University in Fort Collins and is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.

In her spare time, Maggie enjoys camping, cooking, and traveling, as well as attending Denver Broncos and CSU games. With most of her family living in the Denver area, she especially values being able to spend quality time with them. Maggie loves living in Colorado, where she can take advantage of everything the state has to offer, from enjoying snowy days in the mountains to soaking up the sunshine on local hiking trails.
